Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, it was conveniently located near the university for the tournament I attended and minutes away from various attractions and dining spots. However, the room had some issues, and the breakfast was not up to par.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a couple of cozy couches for lounging, yet there was a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff going above and beyond while others showed little concern. The location was convenient for our needs, being close to Twin River, but it lacked charm. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with authentic dishes but also an issue with mold on the rolls. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
This hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are clean but might have a musty smell, and it could be a decent option for a quick one-night stay. The staff is friendly and helpful but may not always accept discounts. Its location is convenient, near Twin River, but there might be some concerns about certain odors around the area. The dining experience could use improvement, with some disappointing food options.
I woke up with bites all over, and there were stains in the room. Despite having the fan on all the time, the stay was disappointing. However, the staff, from check-in to the cleaning crew, were lovely and friendly.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a spacious and cozy environment for a one-night stay. However, there was a faint unpleasant smell in the rooms that could have been improved. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep.
Although the hotel is conveniently located off of I-295 in Smithfield surrounded by a wooded area with no road noise, it can feel a bit crowded in a metropolitan setting. The rooms, while needing updating and smelling musty, served their purpose as a no-smoking space for a short stay. Housekeeping service was lacking attention to live guests due to distractions, like being on the phone, and had some issues with room maintenance. The dining experience offered a fair breakfast selection, including self-make waffles, but suffered from watered-down juices and low-quality coffee with curdled half and half. Despite these drawbacks, the location's proximity to Bryant University is convenient, especially during power outages in the area.
