I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, it was conveniently located near the university for the tournament I attended and minutes away from various attractions and dining spots. However, the room had some issues, and the breakfast was not up to par.

Rooms
5.0
The room was right next to the workout space and came with free breakfast to the room, but unfortunately, I woke up with bites all over. I would like a refund for this inconvenience.
Service
5.0
The service here was a bit of a mix. While some staff members went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, others simply did not care to check on the quality of my stay or show any concern. It was a bit disappointing that they did not accept the AAA card discount.
Location
7.0
The location was in a wooded area, which was nice and clean. It was convenient for the tournament I attended, but it could have been better if there was a facility to facilitate multiple activities simultaneously.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was only okay. The self-make waffles, sausage patty, juices, coffee, and half and half were not as satisfactory as expected for a typical continental breakfast.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent overall, but there were some areas of improvement needed, especially in ensuring the quality of the breakfast offerings and room cleanliness.

The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a couple of cozy couches for lounging, yet there was a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff going above and beyond while others showed little concern. The location was convenient for our needs, being close to Twin River, but it lacked charm. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with authentic dishes but also an issue with mold on the rolls. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

This hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are clean but might have a musty smell, and it could be a decent option for a quick one-night stay. The staff is friendly and helpful but may not always accept discounts. Its location is convenient, near Twin River, but there might be some concerns about certain odors around the area. The dining experience could use improvement, with some disappointing food options.

I woke up with bites all over, and there were stains in the room. Despite having the fan on all the time, the stay was disappointing. However, the staff, from check-in to the cleaning crew, were lovely and friendly.

However, there was a faint unpleasant smell in the rooms that could have been improved. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep.

Although the hotel is conveniently located off of I-295 in Smithfield surrounded by a wooded area with no road noise, it can feel a bit crowded in a metropolitan setting. The rooms, while needing updating and smelling musty, served their purpose as a no-smoking space for a short stay. Housekeeping service was lacking attention to live guests due to distractions, like being on the phone, and had some issues with room maintenance. The dining experience offered a fair breakfast selection, including self-make waffles, but suffered from watered-down juices and low-quality coffee with curdled half and half. Despite these drawbacks, the location's proximity to Bryant University is convenient, especially during power outages in the area.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms needed updating, smelled musty, but were adequate for a short, no-smoking stay.
Service
5.0
The service was subpar, with staff members being more attentive to phone calls than live guests, reflecting poorly on Twin River cleaning issues in other rooms.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location off I-295 in Smithfield, though crowded and not scenic, is very convenient and surprisingly quiet, despite being in a metropolitan area near Bryant University and during power outages.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience featured a decent selection, including make-your-own waffles, but was marred by watered-down beverages and subpar coffee issues.
